Our AC unit was not cooling and Seth came out the same day. He reset the system and got it cooling. He did not charge us nor did he try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He did mention the contactor looks to be worn and said it may trip again but showed me how to reset it if it did. Thank goodness he did because it did go off again that evening. We went ahead and scheduled for the contactor to be replaced which he was able to do the next day. We appreciated their honest and quick service and would highly recommend them!

"UPDATE: Affordable Air to the rescue again! I had a water stain on my ceiling that I mistakenly assumed was from rain/leaky roof. A dishonest (or incompetent) contractor charged me an arm and a leg to “fix” the roof only for it to continue to leak even worse a few days later! This pointed to an issue with my AC in the attic instead. Seth and Eduardo again came out the same day, pinpointed the issue, showed me pictures and walked me through everything they were doing while they got to work fixing it immediately. They were also very kind knowing I had a rough time with the previous “repair” work. I only wish I would have thought to call them first! Original Review: I had a great experience with Affordable Air. My AC went out in 90 degree heat and they were very quick to respond when I reached out via text. They came out the same day and within an hour they identified and tested issues with the fan motor and had it replaced. Their service was friendly the pricing was fair. I hope I don’t have any other AC issues but if I do I would reach out to them again."
